Order Shipment:
For items in stock, we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the supplier to the email address you provided when checking out. Damages:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us, with photos, immediately at returns@OffGridEquip.co.nz if the item(s) are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee (we have started processing your order as soon as we get it), whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for any return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
