At Off Grid Equip, we're dedicated to offering you the absolute best prices on premium off-grid gear. If you find an identical product—same brand, model, and specifications—sold at a lower price by any reputable online retailer within six months of your purchase, simply send us a link and we’ll refund the difference. And if our own website later drops the price for the item you purchased within that same period, we’ll also refund the difference to ensure you always get the best deal.
To claim your refund, please email us a link to the product page on either our website or that of a competitor within six months from your order date.
Please note that our Price Match Guarantee has some limitations:
- It applies only to items purchased directly from Off Grid Equip and excludes special promotions such as % discount or buy-one-get-one-free offers.
- Additionally, the competitor must be an authorised online retailer with the item in stock (physical stores, auction sites, or discounters like eBay or TradeMe are not eligible).
- This guarantee covers both the item price and shipping charges, excluding any applicable sales tax.
