Our Price Match Guarantee
At OffGrid Equip, we work very hard to ensure we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store, that offers a lower price than us, within 6 months of your purchase date, please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find our own website has a lower price for the same item, you have ordered within 6 months of your purchase date we will also refund the difference to ensure you always get the best deal.
To request your partial refund, simply email us a link to the same product on our website or on our competitors’ website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
Our Price Match Guarantee has some limitations:
- It applies only to items purchased directly from www.offgridequip.co.nz and excludes promotions such as % discount or buy-one-get-one-free offers.
- Additionally, the competitor must be an authorised online retailer, with the item in stock, (physical stores, auction sites, or discounters like eBay or TradeMe are not eligible).
- This guarantee includes both the item price and shipping charge, excluding any applicable sales tax.
