Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email confirming that your order is in our system and your credit card has been pre-authorised. We automatically contact our suppliers to verify stock availability and ready for immediate shipment. If any item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorisation and notify you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. 

Order Shipment
For items in stock, charges are processed, and your order is shipped within 3 days. You’ll receive tracking details via email within 24 hours of shipment. If you haven’t received tracking information within five business days, please contact us at service@OffGridEquip.co.nz.

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, email photos to returns@OffGridEquip.co.nz and we’ll initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cancelled within 24 hours incur no fee. Cancellations made after 24 hours will be subject to a $20 administration fee. If the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
